We’re in the High Town window advent calendar this year. The future cafe building has been allocated December 21st, so be sure to swing by the park and see how we’ve interpreted the theme for the day, which is ‘gift’.

If you’re not familiar with the project, it takes the idea of opening little windows on each day of an advent calendar, and applies it to actual windows. For each day of Advent, a household will reveal a decorated and illuminated front window. You can visit them one at a time as they go up, or tour them all with the Google map. Last year, when it ran for the first time, we were bowled over by the artistic flair of our High Town neighbours and friends. It even made national news, thank you very much.
